What the hosts said

MGame Day is live, and we've got breaking news from soccer and a first-ever in the WNBA.
LFabrizio Romano just posted Ronaldo hit 985 career goals after a hat-trick for Al Nassr. Fifteen away from a thousand.
MHold on — that's not confirmed. Saudi league has 982, ESPN 981. No official hat-trick yet.
LRomano usually doesn't miss, though. If he's saying it, there's probably video.
MVideo can wait. Al Nassr hasn't posted it. Don't crown the thousand yet.
LMeanwhile, the Atlanta Dream forced the first ever Game 7 in WNBA Finals history.
MAngel Reese with 15 and 14, Allisha Gray 23, Rhyne Howard 21. That series is cinema.
LReese is becoming a superstar before our eyes. I'd argue she's top five in the league right now.
MTop five? Come on, she's in her second year. Allisha Gray has been the closer all series.
LReese sets the tone on both ends! Gray scores, but Reese is the heart of that team.
MHeart, sure. Top five? Let's see her win the title first. Game 7 will tell us everything.
