I respect the commitment to a pun this terrible."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"You know what movie actually puts me in a good mood? Somebody on Bluesky asked that yesterday, and the replies were a whole therapy session."},{"host":"Laura","text":"Oh, the answers tell you everything about a person. If someone says The Godfather, we're not friends."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"For me it's Paddington 2. That bear fixes things no therapist can reach."},{"host":"Laura","text":"Mine used to be Clueless, but now it's probably... honestly, any movie where nobody checks their phone."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"That's the real escapism now. No notifications, no texts. Just people talking face to face."},{"host":"Laura","text":"Speaking of phones — yours is about to blow up, because Mark Lee just confirmed something."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"The November single?"},{"host":"Laura","text":"Confirmed again. He posted, \"I have a new album coming out. And actually, I have a new single coming out soon too. Check the dates. November.\""},{"host":"Claudette","text":"That's two months after \"My Friend\" dropped in September. The man has not stopped."},{"host":"Laura","text":"He hasn't slowed down since leaving NCT. His own agency, UPPER ROOM, and he's just... stacking releases."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"And the Korean media said the single was already in final stages back in September. So November is very real."},{"host":"Laura","text":"The fan account Caroline posted the quote and the date. The fans have been tracking this for weeks."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"I think the bigger deal here is the album. He's been teasing it for months and still no date."},{"host":"Laura","text":"That's the move though, right? Single in November to hold people over, album later. Keep the momentum."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"My worry is the opposite — two months between singles is fast. Does the quality hold?"},{"host":"Laura","text":"\"My Friend\" was strong. He's not just churning out tracks, you can hear the craft."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"I'm not saying it's bad. I'm saying the gap between a good single and a great one is time."},{"host":"Laura","text":"Some artists work better in a burst. Let's not pretend we know his process better than he does."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"Fair. He's earned some trust. November it is."},{"host":"Laura","text":"And while we're on comebacks — Jeff Satur has his fanbase absolutely spinning right now."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"The Thai singer and actor. His new single is supposedly a week away."},{"host":"Laura","text":"That part's confirmed. What isn't confirmed is everything else the fans are piling on top."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"Let me guess — they've got him doing a stadium run and a world tour already?"},{"host":"Laura","text":"One account literally listed: new single, new album next year, stadium-level shows right after, and a world tour at the end of 2027."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"That is a lot of announcement for one week of confirmed news."},{"host":"Laura","text":"Another fan added that he's working with Universal. That one I could not verify anywhere."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"So what we actually know: single in a week, album next year. The rest is fan enthusiasm doing the marketing."},{"host":"Laura","text":"But that's the thing though — fan enthusiasm is a story. When a fandom is this loud, labels notice."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"Sure, but we can't put a world tour on the air like it's fact. That's how rumors become expectations."},{"host":"Laura","text":"Nobody's saying it's a fact. It's what fans are talking about. That's the show."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"I hear you, but there's a difference between \"fans are saying\" and \"it's happening.\" We say the first one."},{"host":"Laura","text":"Fine. Jeff Satur has a single in a week, an album next year, and a fanbase that's already planning his 2028 calendar."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"If only my calendar were that optimistic."},{"host":"Laura","text":"One more from the fan timeline — and this one got dark fast."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"Go on."},{"host":"Laura","text":"Someone posted they'll wake up to all these releases and said \"Suicide postponed.\" With sparkle emoji."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"Well, that's... a lot to put under a concert announcement."},{"host":"Laura","text":"It's supposed to be a joke, I think. But it's the third time this week I've seen a fan post like that."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"I don't love it. Fandom shouldn't be the only thing keeping someone around. That's too much weight on an artist."},{"host":"Laura","text":"But you also don't know if they're joking or not. Maybe it's just dark humor about being excited for something."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"I hope so. And if it isn't, I hope they're talking to someone who isn't a fan account."},{"host":"Laura","text":"Heavy turn for a Saturday show. But someone needed to say it."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"Alright. Before we go — quick movie pick that always works for me: Paddington 2. Laura, final answer?"},{"host":"Laura","text":"I already said it. Anything without a phone in it."},{"host":"Claudette","text":"That's our show. Go watch something."}]}
