He called Yamal a great player but said he would not change his structure or make room in his squad, saying “my players are the best.” He also praised Barcelona's work under Hansi Flick and defended Real Madrid's signing of winger Diomande based on player profile rather than transfer fee.\n\nThe remarks came during pre-Clásico scrutiny of Yamal and Real Madrid-Barcelona tension. Mourinho deflected questions about the rival's star while backing his own squad and avoiding controversy over referees.\n\nMourinho did say there would be no specific anti-Lamine plan, called Lamine Yamal a great player, and said changing his team's plans or structure for one player is different. The wording is slightly condensed: the full quote is “They're all good, it's the same situation as at Real Madrid.”\n\nJames Hunt clinched the 1976 Formula 1 World Championship on Oct. 24, 1976, at the Japanese Grand Prix — 50 years before this post.\n\nReggie Jackson did hit three home runs in Game 6 of the 1977 World Series, but that game was played on Oct. 18, 1977, not Oct. 24.\n\nThe Yankees did win the 1977 World Series at Yankee Stadium in Game 6, but that game was on Oct. 18, 1977, not Oct. 24.
